Service Delivery

 

Wisdom views the Service Delivery Team as an opportunity to provide a single source of information and up to date statistics for every piece of proposed, active and completed activity. Including Project Management Services, it extends to product procurement, logistics, resource allocation and scheduling, and Service/Support Desk facilities.

 

The Services Delivery Team integrates fully with all areas of the business:

 

Working with the Commercial team in all proposed work, this allows Wisdom the opportunity to demonstrate the 'true' commercial benefits in terms of value of investment offered by the terms of the engagement.

 

Working with Finance to ensure that Projects are being delivered within the pre-planned budgets and delivery time, flagging exceptions and highlighting risks as required.

 

Wisdom's Services Team engages fully with both Managed Services and Business Solutions teams on a day to day basis. As this represents the 'coal face' of Wisdom's Client engagements, we dedicate our attention to the continued provision of appropriate and up-to-date information pertaining to the services and solutions being delivered. For the client, this provides key service management and ensures that information is relayed timely and in a format and language appropriate to the client contact and their needs.

 

On an ongoing process, Wisdom continues to improve on the achievements of the Model to further contribute overall to the continued future success of Wisdom Information Technologists.
