Due Diligence

 

The starting point for Wisdom's client engagements is a discovery exercise based on our Due Diligence methodology.

 

The purpose and objective of this is to ensure that we understand business, operational and technical context that we will work with the client in. The process examines and documents the nature of the client's business, how technology is currently employed and the technical elements that comprise their infrastructure and systems.

 

The Due diligence report forms the baseline reference for working with the client and highlights risks and opportunities in the delivery of information systems to the business along with detailed recommendations on how to address these issues.

Due Diligence engagements are undertaken by experienced and qualified IT business professionals and supported by relevant technical experts as required to fully assess the client environment.
